The Grass, and the Ice

There’s snow again in Flensburg, I am teaching and grading and talking to students, and sometimes sleeping, and the cold seems to be gone (yay and touches wood and all that stuff :-)) and the gluten free vanilla cookies from Finland that one of the local stores had are really yummy. I am also waiting for a delivery from the Hammermühle, to continue my ongoing research into yummy vs. non-yummy gluten free products.
