The Largest Church of Christendom…

… once upon a time, stood here.

Now what remains is one transept of the former church (as can be seen behind the house in the middle of the photo), and some ruins of the rest.

Rainy London

My favorite mode of public transportation in London is taking the bus – I like the tube fine, but when on a bus one can look outside and watch the world pass by … best place for that are of course the front seats on the upper floor, if one is lucky enough to snag one of them … .

Look at me

Sorry for the lack of updates, friends!

Basically I came back from San Francisco right into week 3 of fall term, and didn’t do very much besides work (and visit some friends for a weekend here and there, granted). I’ve not been taking a lot of photographs in the last couple of months, but I did go to London during our fall break, and do have some photos from there that I can share with you all.

So that’s what the next couple of updates are going to be – and we’ll see what the weather is like over the holidays – hopefully I can take some photos that involve snow in some form or capacity.
