Dragonfly
This is some kind of darter/meadowhawk (Lat. Sympetrum, Ger. Heidelibelle). If I had to bet, I’d go for Sympetrum striolatum, but the perspective is not good enough to tell for certain, nor am I any sort of dragonfly expert.
